With experience serving over ten major industrial sectors, from agricultural to recreational applications, Kappers Fabrication offers both CNC and manual punching for a range of products, materials, and shapes. Our top-of-the-line equipment includes a Controlled Automation angle and bar line, a Scotchman hydraulic ironworker, and both a Cincinnati shear, which enables us to handle prototype to high-volume production orders.

We're happy to accommodate components that range up to 50 inches in width and 120 inches in length, and feature a minimum 26-gage sheet thickness and a 1/4-inch maximum sheet thickness capability. Additionally, we work with angles ranging from 1/8 inches to 5/8 inches, and uphold tight tolerances and strict industry standards to ensure proper fit and function.
